Shipping Information Vortex Labs currently ships within Australia using Express Shipping only. Express Shipping Express Shipping costs a flat rate of $20 AUD per order. Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch. Carrier delivery estimates are guides only and are not guaranteed. Out-of-Stock Products Products marked as out of stock may still be available to order but will have an estimated 7–14 day delay before dispatch. This timeframe allows for the product to be restocked and your order to be prepared. Delays may occasionally extend beyond 14 days because of supplier, freight or customs disruptions. When an order contains an out-of-stock product, the order may be held until all products are available for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during sales, product releases, restocking periods or times of high demand. Tracking Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking information may take several hours to become active after the parcel has been lodged with the shipping carrier. Discreet Packaging Orders are shipped in plain external packaging. Product names are not displayed on the outside of the parcel. The shipping label may contain the sender information required by the shipping carrier. Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if your address needs to be changed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. Vortex Labs is not responsible for delays, losses or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Delivery Delays Delivery delays may occur due to: Shipping-carrier disruptions Public holidays Severe weather Remote delivery locations Incorrect address information Supplier or restocking delays Events outside our reasonable control Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, the final delivery timeframe is controlled by the carrier. Lost or Missing Parcels Check your tracking information and surrounding delivery area before contacting support. When tracking has stopped updating or the parcel appears to be delayed, email vortexlabsaus@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number. We will assist with lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier. The carrier’s investigation may need to be completed before a replacement or other resolution is considered. Parcels Marked as Delivered When tracking states that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it: Check around the property and any safe-drop locations. Ask other household members. Check with neighbours, reception or building management. Contact the shipping carrier. Email Vortex Labs if the parcel remains missing. A delivered tracking scan does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement. Damaged Orders Contact us within 48 hours of delivery when an order arrives damaged. Your email must include: Your order number Photos of the external packaging Photos of the shipping label Clear photos of the damaged product Keep the product and all packaging until the matter has been reviewed. Unclaimed or Returned Parcels Parcels returned because they were unclaimed, refused or incorrectly addressed may require another $20 Express Shipping payment before they can be dispatched again. Original shipping charges are not refundable when the return was caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel.
