Shipping Information Vortex Labs currently ships orders throughout Australia using tracked shipping services. Available shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout. Express Shipping Express Shipping is available for A$20 per order. Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been confirmed. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes begin from the dispatch date and may vary depending on your location and the carrier. Order Processing Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during sales, product releases, restocking periods or periods of high demand. Out-of-Stock Products Products marked as out of stock may occasionally remain available to order while stock is being replenished. Orders containing an out-of-stock product may be held until all items are available for dispatch. Restock and dispatch timeframes may vary.
